We are deliberately unglamorous about what we do. Each of our businesses takes a cost or a friction that people accept because they assume nothing can be done about it, and does something about it.

A driver pays whatever the nearest forecourt charges. A tenant accepts a house that is managed badly because the alternatives are managed no better. A traveller books six things separately and hopes they line up. None of those are laws of nature.They are gaps, and a business that closes one properly earns its margin honestly.

The holding structure exists for the same reason. Assets sit in one place, are accounted for in one place, and are governed to one standard. Operating teams get to concentrate on their own market without each rebuilding the same administrative machinery.

A membership app for UK drivers. It compares live fuel and EV charging prices across thousands of forecourts, tracks MOT and road tax dates directly from DVLA and DVSA records, and lets members compare and book servicing and MOTs at real quoted prices rather than advertised ones.

Revenue is subscription-based, so the product only survives if members measurably save more than they pay. That constraint is the point.

We acquire, refurbish, let and manage residential property in the UK. Assets are held by Incipio Holdings Ltd; day-to-day management sits with the operating layer, which is responsible for tenant relationships, maintenance and compliance.

Our standard is straightforward: a property we would be content to live in ourselves, maintained on a schedule rather than in response to complaints, and let on terms a tenant can read in full without needing them explained.

N8Go assembles and sells travel packages,flights, accommodation, transfers and experiences arranged as one booking, at one price, with one point of responsibility when something changes.

Operating as a tour operator carries obligations to the traveller that a simple booking site does not. We take that as a feature of the business rather than a cost of it.

Structure

How the group is put together.

Two layers, with a deliberate separation between what is owned and what is run. Ownership sits still; operations move.

Why separate the two

Keeping ownership apart from operations means an operational dispute, a supplier failure or a change of manager does not put an asset at risk. It also makes each business individually legible to a lender, an auditor or a partner instead of a single undifferentiated balance sheet.

Property held individually

Property assets are recorded so that each is identifiable in its own right rather than pooled. That matters when a single asset is refinanced, sold or brought under different terms: nothing else in the group has to be unpicked to do it.

One standard across the group

Accounting, data protection, supplier vetting and record-keeping are set once at the holding company and applied to every division. A small group can afford to be consistent; it cannot afford to be inconsistent.
